SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation number.
If you don't receive an email confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us.
ACT Ceramics is not responsible for shipments that arrive to the incorrect address. If a shipment is sent back to us, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the product. If a shipment is lost or stolen from our customer's property, we will not claim responsibility. All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please order your product in advance to ensure your shipment arrives on time.

All sales are final, but if you are truly unhappy with your order please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and I will work with you to resolve any concerns.

If your order arrives broken, please photograph immediately and contact me right away about the issue.

I will handle the claim with the shipping carrier and arrange sending a replacement out to you as soon as possible. Please hold onto the packaging and broken product until notified. Occasionally the shipping carrier will want to collect and inspect the damage prior to approving a claim.
